Today was a bit of a beast. Definitely looking forward to my deload next week followed by my 1 rep max testing!
Speed Deadlift
155kg x 3 reps x 6 sets
Back squat (final set shown in vid below)
185kg x 5 reps x 5 sets
Bench Press
117.5kg x 8 reps x 4 sets
Chuffed with this ^ as only managed 8, 7, 6, 5 reps with the same weight last week.
Dat sweet, sweet smell of progress!
