Military Press
82.5×6 (Tied PB), 70×8, 70×8, 70×8

Neutral Grip Chins
BW+30kg x 8 (PB), x8, x7 then immediately into bodyweight x6

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
42.5kg x 12, x12, x10

One Arm Hammer Strength Chest Supported Row
55×10, x10, x12

Rope Tricep Pressdowns
85kg x 12, 80kg x 12 then drop set of 80×12>65×8>50×6

Supersetted with Cable Bicep Curls
55×12, 55×12, 55×12 then drop set of 55×15>40×10>25×10

Was absolutely toasted after the arms supersets and drop sets!

Big eats tonight and plenty of rest is definitely in order.
