JB’s Big Fat Log 16/2
After my weekend of eating and drinking BIG (my birthday, Valentines day and my Dad’s birthday consecutively…) I ended up having a pretty well fuelled session today!
Monday 16th February
Squats
150kg 6 sets of 3 reps with 2 minute recovery
These are meant to be performed as fast as possible. The first 2-3 sets felt pretty slow but the last few picked up nicely:
Bench Press
125kg 5 sets of 5 reps with 3 minute recovery
Deadlift
157.5kg 4 sets of 6 reps with 3 minute recovery
Looking forward to testing my 1RMs in 2 weeks time 🙂
