Snickers Pizookie
Pizza + cookie = pizookie
Just to clarify, this isn’t a margarita pizza with a load of smashed up choc chip cookies on top.
Instead, it’s a delicious peanut butter cookie dough crust with chocolate chips on top.
And it’s macro friendly to boot.

Protein Snickers Pizookie (serves 8)
Ingredients
150g oats or oat flour
150g chickpeas
2 tbsp Truvia baking blend
50g crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp Alpro coconut or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein (~25g)
2 medium eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp plain tasting oil; vegetable, rapeseed, grapeseed or coconut would work well, NOT olive.
2 tbsp brown sugar
100g chocolate chips
Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 180°C or 160°C fan oven.
- Blend all of the above ingredients apart from the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Put in a greased (either with a little butter/oil or greaseproof paper) circular oven proof pan or baking tray. You could use just a normal square tin or tray but it wouldn’t look as badass.
- Evenly sprinkle over the chocolate chips and gently press down with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Keep a mop handy as you’ll be salivating… it will make your kitchen smell seriously good!!
- Enjoy warm on its own OR top with a scoop of ice cream plus 1 tbsp caramel sauce. I used this one: https://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Bonne-Maman-Caramel-Spread/53278011
