JB’s Log 19/02
Today’s session absolutely destroyed me!
I drank a cider last night and it made me wake up not feeling tip top (yes, I know I’m a lightweight) and I think this affected my training.
That’s my excuse anyway…
Deadlift
155kg x 3 reps x 6 sets
Squat
182.5kg x 5 reps x 5 sets
This was sheer brutality. ‘Nuff said.
Paused Bench Press
117.5kg x 8 reps, x 7 reps, x 6 reps, x 5 reps
This is the first time on my current program that I’ve missed reps, think it was mainly due to the fact I was so wiped from the squats!
Hopefully after a good night’s sleep tomorrow’s session will be better!
