Is Caffeine Bad For You? JBTV #1
I’ve been neglecting the blog for a while now, instead choosing to mainly post on Facebook and doing daily mini blogs via my email list (you can sign up HERE).
However, that stops now. I’ll be updating the blog here a lot more regularly with some content. It starts here with posting episode number one of JBTV.
