‘Bodybuilding’ session today so got my swole on with;

Military Press
82.5kg x 6. I really want to be able to do a bodyweight overhead press for 10 reps.
82.5kg is my bodyweight so thought I’d give it a crack for max reps today. This is the compulsory video evidence:

70kg x 10, 70kg x 10, 70kg x 9

Weighted Neutral Grip Chins
Bodyweight + 30kg x 7, x 7, x 7, x 7

Incline DB Press
40kg x 12, x12, x12

One Arm Hammer Strength Chest Supported Row
50kg x 10, x 10, x 10

Mechanical Drop Set Bicep Curls
Wide grip: 30kg x 12
Medium grip: 30kg x 10
Narrow grip: 30kg x 9

Mechanical drop sets are an awesome tool to use if you want to do drop sets but keep the intensity high. You basically just work from the weakest position to the strongest position going to failure each time. You could apply the same logic for other exercises, e.g.
Wide grip pullups > neutral grip pull ups > underhand chin ups
High incline DB press > low incline DB press > flat DB press
